To ensure the safety and comfort of all Azar Luxury Suites guests during their stay, we have outlined the following guidelines. We trust that you are familiar with and fully understand the Azar Luxury Suites Rules upon your arrival.
Accommodation Policies
1. Unwashable Stains or Damage: Any unwashable stains, rips, or tears on linens or towels will incur charges to your bill.
2. Lost Key Policy: In the event of a lost key, a charge of 10 euros will apply.
3. Lost and Found Items: Items left behind will be sent upon request at the guest’s expense. Unclaimed items will be stored for 15 days before being donated to charity.
4. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in starts at 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:30 a.m. the following day. Failure to check out by 10:30 a.m. will result in an additional fee. Check-out after 4:00 p.m. incurs an extra day’s charge.
5. Night Peace: From 21:00 to 07:00, we uphold a period of night peace. Guests are kindly requested to refrain from causing noise that may disturb others. We reserve the right to refuse hospitality to guests who disrupt this peace.
6. Guest Responsibility for Damages: Guests are liable for any damage or loss of hotel property.
7. Valuables: Guests are advised to keep valuables secure. We provide a safe deposit box in each room, but Azar bears no responsibility for any loss or damage.
8. Room Usage Policy: Guests are not permitted to transfer their room to third parties.
9. Reporting Damages: Any damages should be reported to reception immediately upon discovery.
10. Prohibited Items: Items causing a bad smell or unauthorized installations are strictly prohibited.
11. Room Extension: Extensions are subject to room availability.
12. Identification Requirement: Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.
13. Charges and Transfers: Rooms cannot be transferred to other persons during a guest’s stay.
14. Visitor Policy: Visitors must be registered at reception. Extended visits after 8 p.m. incur an additional charge.
15. Cancellation Policy: Azar reserves the right to charge for the full length of stay in case of misbehavior.
16. Fire Safety: Follow evacuation instructions in case of fire alarm.
17. Feedback and Complaints: Please inform us of any concerns promptly. Late notices may not result in accommodation rate discounts.
18. Payment Policy: Payments can be made in multiple currencies, in cash or via POS.
19. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
20. Air Conditioning: Please conserve energy by turning off air conditioning when leaving your room.
21. Non-Smoking Policy: A penalty of 50 EUR applies for non-compliance.
22. Parking: Parking is available, but Azar assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss.
23. Early Check-in Charge: An additional charge applies for early check-in.
24. Pet Policy: Pets, except guide dogs, are not allowed.
Security Regulations
1. Prohibited Objects: Guests are prohibited from keeping flammable objects, dangerous materials, or illegal items in the room.
2. Hotel Property Responsibility: Guests are responsible for protecting hotel property. Damage or loss will be compensated according to the hotel’s Price List.
3. Items inside the Safe: Guests are advised to use the safe for storing valuables.
Confidentiality
We are committed to safeguarding guest privacy and handle personal information with utmost care. We collect and use data solely for accommodation purposes, with strict measures in place to ensure security and compliance with legal requirements. Exceptions to confidentiality are made only for legal compliance, emergencies, and the safety of guests and staff.
